Deep Cleaning

Some dirt doesn't come off with a wipe. You already know which dirt.

It's the film on the inside of the shower door that has stopped responding to spray cleaner. The grout line that used to be white. The gap behind the toilet. The top of the refrigerator. The corner where the baseboard meets the floor and the dust has turned into something more permanent than dust.

You have tried. You bought the product with the good reviews, you scrubbed for twenty minutes, and it barely moved. That's not a reflection on you. Some buildup requires the right chemistry, the right dwell time, and someone willing to stay on it past the point where a normal person gives up.

A Deep Clean is where we go after all of it. Not faster. Slower, and deliberately, until the surface is actually clean and not just recently wiped.

What the job actually involves

When we quote you $50 per hour for deep cleaning, this is the work that number covers. Not a summary of it, and not the best-case version of it. This is the list.

• Everything in the Basic Clean, at a higher intensity
• Baseboards, door frames, and trim hand-wiped
• Bathroom grout, tile, and glass scrubbed and treated
• Behind and beneath movable appliances and furniture
• Light fixtures, switch plates, and vent covers
• Interior window sills and tracks
• Cabinet fronts degreased at the handles and edges
• Buildup removed from faucets, drains, and fixtures

If something you need is not on that list, say so when you text. It is nearly always something we can add, and it is far better to agree it beforehand than to have you disappointed by an omission neither of us discussed.
